I have been a loyal customer of Terminex for over 30 years. Bobby Brand is the most efficient, experienced and knowledgeable technician I have had with Terminex. He always greets you with a smile , shows genuine care and concern about your property. Each issue you have is addresses and he finds a solution. He is the best technician I have in my long term relationship with Terminex.
Bobby has the ability to relate to clients as if they are the only customer on his route. He is always on time , keeps you posted as to the time of arrival. I appreciate the fact that he always wears foot booties while entering the home without being asked to.

He's someone who puts the company service at a very high level and thru his ongoing efforts, always demonstrates the most professional behavior, service and care when addressing both us as the homeowner and our home.
