I did my research and gathered several competitive quotes before choosing a company for this project. Cool Zone was the company I felt the most comfortable moving forward with. From the initial quoting and estimation process with Justin to the questions I called and asked Danette along the way, it was just a seamless, highly organized operation.
Tyler, Sergio, and Freddy handled the installation of my upstairs and downstairs AC units. They were friendly, respectful, and experienced. The team provided high-quality service, showed great attention to detail, and were extremely respectful of my home throughout the entire process. I was highly impressed that they clearly have a great process in place where the customer doesn't have to manage the project or get involved in the details of the installation—it was a completely seamless process the way it's supposed to be! My husband and I recently purchased our first home and immediately we were hit with the “new home tax”. Our AC needed to have the ducts upgraded and we needed dampers to have the AC balanced. We also needed a new compressor. As new homebuyers, we felt so stressed, but cool zone was so diligent and did such a good job- our air is now BLASTING cold all day long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

On March 19, 2026 Tom and Josh installed a new HVAC unit. I was extremely inpressed with their professionalism. They were both technically skilled in their trade, efficient, and displayed great attention to details.
They took the time to discuss the process, and gave me information on how things work. They treated me with respect and answered any and all questions I had about the new HVAC unit.

We recently had our central air unit replaced, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and incredibly well-organized.
The technicians, Tom and Craig, took the time to thoroughly explain the replacement process, walked us through the new unit, and made sure we fully understood how everything works before they left. Their knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding.
They were friendly, respectful, and extremely neat and clean throughout the entire job — no mess left behind at all. The level of customer service was truly top-notch, which is rare these days.
