He scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning, which was a huge relief since our garage door wouldn't open and my car was inside.

My garage door motor was over 20 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. Though I live in the far southeast valley, Design Array took the job which involved two appointments.
Joe came out, inspected the motor and also recommended replacing the original plastic rollers with ones made of nylon. He said Art would be out the following Tuesday to replace the motor and if I wanted, he'd replace the rollers at that time.
Today Art installed and programmed the new motor and remotes (I bought an extra one) in addition to installing the nylon rollers, a definite upgrade.
Joe, and Art were both courteous and professional, and so was Doug when we spoke on the phone to schedule and confirm appointments. I highly recommend Design Array Garage Door Store and would not hesitate to use them again. Great job!

Quick service on time texted me during their drive to my home. Two gentlemen were very professional gave me an idea of what they were gonna perform. Said it would be about 45 minutes. Finish in about 35 minutes job very clean gave me instructions for the after installation time, and when the car can be driven. Will definitely give them great recommendation to my business associates and friends.

Most of the time when you put in a Home Warranty Service Request you brace yourself knowing you get what you get in the service contractor they send you…Design Array Garage Door Store however shattered that stigma!
They came out just 2 days after the request was submitted, were excellent with communication leading up to the appointment and then Joe arrived and was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly!!
This is DEFINITELY the Company to call for garage door needs.

Needed garage 2-door complete doors and door openers replacement. Doug was knowledgeable, easy to work with, extremely patient with all my questions in explaining all the options and pricing, and was very communicative and always available for questions during and after my visit to the shop.
Art and Colton were incredible install technicians; very meticulous and methodical on setup, very meticulous on install as shown by their tenacious attention to detail in measurements, framing, and leveling, in doing the installation!
