This is a terrible location. They were out of over half of what we ordered. And we got the wrong food. The coffee was disgusting and had no flavor (ordered brown sugar cinnamon). The quality of the service and food was below average at best. Ordered two bacon sandwiches and instead got a sausage with the wrong cheese. The bacon was completely black and disintegrating. And instead of croissants, they were put on English muffins. The donut holes we flat and stale and almost rubbery. Will never go to this location again. They need some training on how to do their jobs right and how to take care of customers.

Was taking my kids here in the mornings, but after this last trip we won't be back. The only good thing about the trip was the very kind young lady at the counter on Wednesday morning around 7:15am.
Our jelly filled munchkins didn't have jelly filling in more than half of them. And no filling inside the upcharged butter pecan donuts. Waste of money. Management must be non existent at this location. 🤔

No coffee rolls for the 4th time in 4 weeks at 815 am. Got in habit of going there every Thursday am. Not going any more. They obviously don't cater to customer needs. New York bakery has coffee rolls twice as big for same price. That's my new stop.

Morning shift, 9:15, drive thru.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Let me preface this review with the fact that today is my 50th birthday. I thought I’d start my day with treating myself to my favorite breakfast at this Dunkin Doughnuts. Thanks to the rude staff at this location, I cannot get the morning of my 50th birthday back. To say the treatment I received was rude is an understatement. Today, I thought I’d use my points from the app. When the girl scanned my phone at the drive thru she said I had already used my points and they wouldn’t go through. I said— of course they’re used, I’ve only got 200 left after you scanned my phone. The points went to you. Again, she reiterated that my points had not gone through and said I owed her the full amount. I immediately asked for a manager. While she was waiting for one, princess decided to tell me off by saying “I will do this for you just one time and override the charge but next time you’ll have to figure it out yourself because we’re not affiliated with the dunkin doughnuts app, the app is separate from us .” To which I responded— are you seriously telling me to go figure out why my points aren’t working in YOUR system, that it’s up to me the customer to “go figure it out yourself?” Are you really telling a customer that? She then responded “well you know what? I don’t even have to override the charge at all, I was being nice.” What? You’re being nice? Scolding me for not knowing that your store is not really affiliated with this app yall encouraged me to get to begin with? Tell you what I won’t use the stupid app from now on if your store is not affiliated with the app!” The next lady who came to the window, Brianna, wouldn’t give me the girls name so I could file a complaint—- which, I already called and did after I left. Yall fffffffff up my birthday morning. My 50th birthday morning. And the rest of my day. I’ll say one thing, I’ll never spend my hard earned money with dunkin doughnuts again since this is the kind of service they condone. There was no need to treat me like that today, no need to talk down to me just because I didn’t know what the problem was with YOUR APP! This is the worse treatment I have ever gotten at an establishment. Quite frankly yall should be ashamed of yourselves over there. If you don’t like your jobs don’t take it out on your customers. And if you don’t know how to use your own app then take a class to figure it out so you can provide better service!

I work and deliver all over AZ and CA. This is by far the most efficient Dunkin Donuts to date. I appreciate your team this morning 1010/24, making uber eats deliveries READY FOR DRIVERS. The way restaurants should run... on Dunkin Delivery Time. I appreciate.
