Me and my husband have been going to the Dunkin in Peoria for a while now and just about everyday too. Yesterday we had went in and ordered what we normally do and my husband had bit into his food and a long piece of hair had been stuck inside the sandwich. We called and they said come back but I’m not the person to ask for free food or a refund so I just had asked if we can get the same thing we did yesterday. They had not charged us which was very appreciated but we get home and I bite into my sandwich which didn’t taste right to me and this is what I bite into. Very very disappointed.

I went inside this dunkin today and had a fabulous experience. The girl in the front had amazing customer service. My food was great and all fresh the guy on food was very fast even with all the other orders aswell as my drink perfect amount of caramel and cream. I highly recommend this location every time. Great location the ladies in the blue shirts are always so sweet

New manager Ashley loooove her!!!! Just what they needed the last guy was incredibly rude to the staff 24/7! And the customers! You could tell the environment for everyone has been uplifted! Thank god because I love dunkin but this location was forcing me elsewhere! Definitely coming back

The building is in disarray. There is paint falling from ceiling and grease covering ceilings. Dirty place

The City of Glendale had ordered coffee for pickup for our annual point-in-time homeless count. Upon pickup, the staff gave us free donut holes and milk alternatives to help support our volunteers during the count! We are so grateful for their kindness, it is much appreciated.
