It is reassuring that the person they talk to on the phone will be the one out there on the job. That is important and creates a relationship. I worked 25 years with my family's general contracting company and now for the last 20yrs been in real estate. My reputation is my success and so my referrals are a key part to my branding. Brad is punctual, knowledgeable and above all fair in pricing. He just installed a new Lutron Radio Ra2 system in our personal historical home and it meets every expectation I was hoping for. If I could give no stars I would.
Didn't do the job right, we still agreed upon a price of 400.00 I paid him and 2 months later he is calling me names, claiming I didn't pay. This is so unprofessional and just right rude.

My AC went out in the middle of the AZ summer, and Brad was extremely quick to respond. He stopped by my house the same day I called to assess the situation and present me with any options I had to get things back up and running. I ultimately needed to replace my entire AC system, but Brad provided me multiple options at varying costs. He worked to find me the best unit in my price point and quickly installed the new unit within a few days of my initial call. I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Air & Electric, and plan to use them for any future projects.

Brad was the ABSOLUTE best!! I called him for an emergency repair on our AC unit on a Saturday morning && he came out the same day && remedied the issue immediately!
