I wish I could give 10 stars. I went to bed after seeing these homes and wanted to cry because of the purchase my husband and I made. These builders should be THE example of how to build a home that is half a million dollars. No detail was missed. These builders have models in Goodyear. I will be sure to go visit this week. We may have to put our home up for sale and we just purchased last month. Outstanding Tri Pointe.

Absolutely beautiful little community manicured Parks gorgeous houses it is an amazing family place if you wanted to get home I would suggest this place but there is none up for sale
