24 September 2024 Bob scheduled to have Sean come out and redo the work. I am so pleased with the results. It looks SO much better. Thank you Sean and Bob for ensuring that the work was done and it was done well. The photos are of the completed work and the original damage that was fixed.
30 Aug 2024 I had repair done for my carpet after my pup broke out of her crate and attempted to dig her way into the bedroom. The quote I received was similar to other places I called, but I liked how friendly Bob was on the phone, so I went with this business for my carpet repair. The gentleman who showed up worked quickly and said he was done and I could check it out. I pointed out some issues and he quickly went to work without issue to fill the gaps. I posted my review and photos and was contacted by Bob.

This company is amazing! Adam was very polite in getting me scheduled and then rescheduling when I added to my initial request.
Sean came out and did an AMAZING job! He was professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and worked very hard. If I could give 10 starts , I would.

Very easy to work with and flexible to get the job scheduled. Scott arrived on time and ready to clean! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We would definitely use Horizon again and recommend them to others.

I had my carpets, rugs and tile/grout cleaned by Horizon. I was not sure how the grout and tile would turn out. I was blown away how great it looked. My tile looked brand new. The grout went from black to white. Scott was AMAZING. He even helped move some of my couches by himself. I would highly recommend. One of the best experiences I have had with a carpet cleaning company.
