Today (Aug 28th 2024) one of their drivers pulling a trailer had large debris and trash flying out of the back of the trailer heading south bound on power rd (in Mesa). I caught up the driver at the light on Main st and power and told him he had debris flying out of his truck striking my vehicle.
The driver responded by telling me to pull over and to fight him. I waited patiently at the light and when the light on power heading south turned yellow he gunned it nearly side swiping a car in the other lane. I was stuck in the far left turn lane unable to follow him.
The driver was an older Hispanic male, missing teeth and around 50 to 60 years of age. Short smaller guy with a horrible attitude. Very poor driver and threatening to fight people who tell him he has trash flying out of his vehicle is not OK. I wish I had written down his plate but it happened so fast and when he ran the light light was gone. This is a safety issue. If I had vehicle damage I would have called mesa pd for hit and run. This must be addressed immediately.
I called the office and made a complaint but I expect a response and action taken.

Blocked Business access street with their Rig and trailer. No respect for the local business traffic. during busy work hours. No one was in the rig and was just parked there. With plenty of parking space around it. If this is how your park I can only imagine the work you guys do.

I'm not sure about their work but I just watched one of their work trucks with a trailer plow over a median and almost hit a car and truck just so they could get into the gas station before everyone else. If you want to drive recklessly and put others in danger don't do it in your company vehicle.

Had one of your drivers make a right, off of Dysart Rd going southbound, turning 5 miles an hour onto Western Ave in Avondale. He then proceeded to drive slowly, provoking me by tapping brakes. Makes another turn slightly wide right, then hard left in a street adjacent parking spot opposite of traffic! With no signal! Driving one of your Mariposa company trucks you would think safety is part of the requirements. Dangerous, incompetent drivers will jeopardize a company into getting sued. Count on it.

Pretty petty
I live in a community where they did work, and normally do work. Workers left a bunch of their trash after a work day. I called them and let them know about this, to which they later picked up. They where still working in the community putting plants. From what I can see, we seem to be the only house that didn't get flowers like the rest of the houses. Out of the 4 sets, not 1 set of flowers to us while other houses have at least one in their set of 4.
Now why would my place be the only one without flowers while every other house has flowers ???
