Horrible company and customer service. I did an annual swamp cooler tuneup. Keep in mind all worked optimally before they arrived. Technician advised I needed a float valve which I paid for. Then within a week the unit stopped working. They came back, same technician, extremely rude and acted unprofessional as if I inconvenienced him. He looked at the unit and within a few minutes told me it was fixed. Next day, same problem, unit blowing at about half the capacity. I called and spoke with management, who agreed to send new technician. New person arrived and advised I needed a new belt, which he comped because of bad experience. Next day, still not working. Look at the video, does this look like quality work? The belt is so loose and out of balance, it's pathetic. Look at the calcium buildup, all occurred during this period of two weeks when Morehart was "working on solution". Do not use this company. They cost me 178$ and then another 225$ for a new company to fix their mistakes and clean out unit to get running optimally.

It truly saddens me to write this review. The technicians at Morehart are very knowledgeable, and they are fast at scheduling. We have used them several times in the past but today was different. We were quoted $1200 for the part alone for a condenser fan motor (total of $1600 for capacitor and fan motor). I was shocked because we came from another air-conditioning company because of too high of pricing, now they are doing the same. I went to Ferguson (an HVAC supplier in the valley) who provided me the part for $143. This included the exact one year part warranty, was the exact same specification, and the exact same manufacturer as was quoted to me - not just some Amazon special. Quite simply put, Morehart was caught price gouging. I really hope this company takes this feedback and changes their ways, you guys can make money without price gouging, just be fair!

Morehart replaced an old evaporative cooler for me. My house is old and has wiring issues. They came out promptly several times until the issue was resolved. They stand behind their work and are very responsive. I gave them a poor review at first and want to retract that now. I will use them in the future for sure.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Moreheart. On 4/11/2025, they preformed a duct cleaning service on my home. A few days later, the inside of my house felt unusually humid. On 4/29, I called and expressed my concerns. They didn't offer to send anyone out and said it was probably an issue with my doors and windows.
Well, the joke's on me. This year, I decided to try a different company for my spring tuning. And wouldn't you know it, the condensation line was disconnected and my unit is full of mold.
The technicians who cleaned my ducts were pretty unprofessional, so I had already planned to not use Moreheart again.
If after reading this review, you still choose to use them, go ahead and get a follow up to make sure they did everything correctly.

I had the best service from David. He originally came for preventative maintenance and came across an issue. David then spent rest of day fixing issue in attic with professionalism and patience. I checked air on the weekend just to see if it was working and it wasn’t. Called first thing in morning and David immediately came out and saw a problem and again working all day and fixed air conditioning with no additional fees. Now my air is working perfectly before the blistering heat arrives.
