I highly recommend PC Art Computer and Printer Repair. I was in the middle of a big project and my printer just suddenly stopped. I called this company and Mr. Arturo was able to evaluate problem the same day and had it fixed fast. He is honest and will tell you what is wrong without trying to up sale to get more money from you as he understands we all work hard for our dollar's.

I took him my hp envy printer. Because I fell on it and I broke the scanner. I thought it was just the scanner glass that was broken, but I guess the lens was also broken and was unable to move. The whole process took about a month because we were waiting for parts to come in the mail.. but yeah, he charged me 100 bucks. I don’t know if its decent or not. I didn’t really compare prices anywhere else, but he was very nice and it was fixed. I did have to text him and like touch base to make sure everything was going ok but then there Was days that he would reach out to me and let me know the status as well. He does work out of his home he lives in an older folks community so you have to take your product there and then pick it up. Another guy left a review recently, giving a one star complaining about ink and stuff and how he had to bring ink but the gentleman orders everything online so that’s why he was saying it would take a few more days if the repair guy bought the ink himself.. and as far as the PC man keeping his printer, it’s the fact that he probably never texted back and touch base about his product but no Arturo is not dead… but considering he made a fuss about the repair man not getting in his car and driving and buying the ink fast.. and he was probably rude and hostile to the repair man.. But he is very thorough whenever it comes to fixing things so if he notices other things are broken, he will definitely let you know and he will show you how it’s broken like he showed me how the scanner would not scan anymore after I fell on it that it wasn’t just a glass that was broken on my scanner And considering my printer cost $500 and it was only $100 to repair the scanner I guess that’s not too bad. But Arturo The repair man was very nice and polite to me. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than expected, but I’m sure he buys his parts from a discount site probably I’m sure that’s why it took very long but regardless the parts are good parts and he replaced mine with an HP part which my printer was HP I think he buys parts from eBay as well but I don’t know how long eBay usually takes to ship. He was saying that it probably could’ve been the weather on why it took so long to get the parts to him..

I would like to share my experience with this gentleman on a printer repair that needed cleaning because it wasn't printing. His communication was good in the beginning. After a few days I think he cleaned it because he massaged me he needed ink to try it out. I asked him if he can get it and bill it but he said it would take a few days to recieve.(he literally lives 5-10 min away where it can be purchased) Fine I took him some ink the next day.
He tried it out and mentioned that it wasn't printing up to his standards and would need to work on it some more and would keep me updated. We'll I haven't heard back from him since 8/23/24. As of now I don't need or want the printer as I purchased another I didnt want to make a huge deal.
I just wanted to share my unfortunate bad experience and well yes he kept my printer plus the ink I took to him. I hope he donates it to someone who actually needs it instead of making a buck out of it. But what goes around comes around. And if he's dead he can rest in peace.

Arturo was very helpful; he provided directions to his business, as we got confused because he runs his business out of his house. I went there to get my laptop keyboard replaced. Arturo provided me with an eBay listing for the replacement I needed, and all I had to do was bring the keyboard and my laptop in to him. It took him a little over an hour to repair the laptop, but the total cost (for the replacement and the labor) was only $45.

Arturo is great, have used him twice and he has fixed my laptop and then scanned my laptop after I was scammed. His prices are more then reasonable and he does a great job. Highly recommend him and his ability.
