For how busy it was service was lighting quick I hadn't even gotten half way through my first cup of coffee when they brought the food out. Definitely recommend

The hot roast beef sandwich is amazing. Huge and delicious.
The Cowboy Breakfast with chicken fried steak is always a favorite choice for breakfast.
Their Friday fish fry is really good also.
Their Garbage Omelet is really good. Especially when the top it with their sausage gravy.
They make a pretty good Chili Melt as well.
One of the things that keep me coming back besides the good food is the wonderful service that I have received there.
The Taco Salad with ground beef is another tasty option. The eatible bowl was fresh and crispy. Overall it was a good choice for lunch.
I returned and had another garbage omelet. It is just as good as I remember.

Labor Day Brunch with Mrs. V. The wife discovered this classic family diner located in Old Town Peoria via Google. We were greeted and seated immediately. The moment you walk through the doors you get the vibe that this is a place for locals, and regs. Despite being slammed, our server was amazing. She advised us that this is a fave eatery for police and fire department personnel. The food which was perfectly portioned was absolutely delicious!!

Great service and prices. Food and cocktails are great. It tends to be a bit loud as it gets busy, and the wait times for tables are a bit long I. Weekends. However, you can easily get seated at the bar and the service is just as good .

Ordered a breakfast burrito and the outside was soaked in grease. Blotted with paper towel. But the picked it up and liquid/grease just started pouring out all over. Tortilla was soggy as a result. Absolutely disgusting. Look at how much liquid and grease poured out. After that I wasnt eating it.
