They send plenty of photos to identify the immaculate condition they leave the roof and property upon completion. Always a job well done! John and his crew did an excellent job on my tile roof. Showed us the areas of concern on the existing roof with his drone. They were careful with the plants around the house. Clean up was good, no debris left. Showed us drone photos after completion. Reasonable price. Would use Precision Roofing again.

We hired Precision Roofing to re-roof our home and install a cover for our existing patio cover. They met the price of their competition and started and completed the job in short order. They were very attentive to our requests and had an open ear when we needed for them to return and address a problem with the patio cover. We were able to discuss multiple options with their management for a more effective solution and once all parties mutually agreed on the plan, Precision Roofing moved forward with the substantial repairs. Happy with our new roof on our 1935 bungalow. Crew was great, very careful with artificial turf, kept everything clean- no nails found on ground after from shingle removal. Supervisor kept us informed on job and very fair price. I work with many roofers as an HOA community manager, Precision is professional and provides a great product and customer service
