John Mosley and his crew have done four underlayment replacements on our rental properties. We will continue to use them. They send plenty of photos to identify the immaculate condition they leave the roof and property upon completion. Always a job well done! We hired Precision Roofing to re-roof our home and install a cover for our existing patio cover. They met the price of their competition and started and completed the job in short order. They were very attentive to our requests and had an open ear when we needed for them to return and address a problem with the patio cover. We were able to discuss multiple options with their management for a more effective solution and once all parties mutually agreed on the plan, Precision Roofing moved forward with the substantial repairs. It became very apparent to us that Precision Roofing goal was to go the extra mile to solve the engineering challenges and make good on their promises to us.
