Follow up: No one contacted me by phone. The latch after 2 weeks is again mafunctioning. I was told the 2nd install tech would provide us a copy of the work order. We did not sign anything that visit and we were not provided a copy the 2nd time, nor the first time. At this point am I supposed to continue to waste my time having them "warranty" a faulty product. I understand that it's for it being to code, but in the city we live there is not a code that requires this.
I wanted to share our experience with this company. We had a door latch installed on our sliding glass door. 4 weeks of having this and it stopped working. The latch bent and caused us to be unable to close our door. We took off part of it because we needed the door to at least be able to shut. Given that it failed in such a short amount of time we asked when the tech came out to correct the issue if we could just be refunded since I have no idea is this will happen again. I guess the original tech did not install it correctly, but how would I know if the tech today will install it correctly. If there's one staff member who is not properly trained, how would we know if the current one is? The tech today said he could take the latch out after he had spoken with someone at the office about returning it. I was not aware until we stopped him before he left that it did not mean that we were getting out money back. It was simply he took it out and would take it with him. How is that fair that it was installed incorrectly, the latch failed, they uninstalled it but doesn't mean that we get our money back and take the product with them. So, I'm out almost $300, I don't get that back but they get their product back. I spoke with a representative who answered the phone and she said they do not refund anything and it shows on the work order. Funny thing, I was not given a copy of the work order from the 1st tech. So we are being held to a policy we had no idea existed. It has not been aa positive experience working with this company and I would not recommend using them and look for someone else.

Aaron put new rollers in our patio door today. Can’t believe we waited so long. Door opens easily and fully closes. Work was quick and clean. Would definitely recommend this company.

Do not use this company. Damaged the frame on my sliding glass door and the safety latches don’t line up so this $1100 dollar system is inoperable and I’m left with a bent door frame that’s causing door closing issues.
I asked to speak with an owner or supervisor was told the over will not take phone calls under any circumstances. Lead Manager told me “they bend vinyl door frames all the time and actually just bent another one today” and offered to send me pictures of the other damages door frames like that’s supposed to make me feel better.
I cannot stress how bad this craftsmanship is and how poorly situation was handled, I will fail inspection due to the damage to my door and the improperly installed safety latches. Use someone else this company is garbage

Aaron was incredibly helpful and super professional throughout the entire process. He was always respectful, showed up on time, kept everything clean, and communicated clearly. You could tell he really cares about doing quality work. I’d absolutely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Aaron was absolutely phenomenal and restored our door to performing as if it was brand new! I had a blast chatting with him while he worked and witnessing his skills on the sliding door rebirth! Amazing service and really appreciate having a functioning door again! 🤠🫡🫡
