I usually have an excellent experience when at this location. For some unknown reason that was a little different this morning. Upon paying for (cash) my drinks this morning the cashier instead of handing me my change back - she decided to toss my change back at me as if she had a problem with me. It was very noticeable and unprofessional to say the least. I will return to this location because of its convenience to me as far as location to work, and I usually have a excellent experience here with the customer service & the food/drinks. Maybe she was just having a bad day or something. It happens.

I go this Starbucks every single morning and the service is usually pretty good. I mobile order and normally by the time I get there it’s ready. The afternoon crew is not cutting it. My order took 15 minutes and I ended up walking out without it because it still wasn’t done and I had mobile ordered it. The thing that bothers me the most is that people came in and ordered at the register and had their drinks five minutes before mine we’re supposed to come out

I come here all the time. This morning wasn't an exception as usual. The store was warm and cozy with the season changing... all these vibes going amazing Rachel shot it down.
Rachel the cashier out the box had with me a disgusting look on her face and snarling attitude... maybe this was not her day. So I decided to continue it for her by post her, her review.
I simple asked for oat meal in which they were out of this morning as well as yesterday. Her demeanor was condescending and she needs retraining in hospitality and customer relations.
After 15 minute wait... I decided to cancel my order and go to another Starbucks.

Amy was exceptionally helpful and friendly during my visit. I alerted her about an offer when I placed my order at the drive thru. She remembered at checkout and told me exactly what I was charged. It was important to her to assure me that I received the offer discount. In the past, baristas have forgotten to follow through with the similar offers despite requests to do so. Her attention to detail and her sweet smile made for a very pleasant visit.

Stood in line for several minutes while multiple employees worked on tasks and personal conversation. I walked out with nothing. Tired of poor service. I think I’m done with Starbucks. I’m sure I’ll get a manager/social media person who will respond to this review to try and cover this review but we all know what this is…a reactive business rather than proactive approach to customer service.
