Add to that having to call in after 24 hours so WE could ask about scheduling, and got a 55 minute hold time before we just gave up makes me concerned for the care and diligence they take in other areas of their business. So I went with another company service that was interested in my business.

I have been with Terminix for a year now and have had a great experience. My technician, Edgar Payeras, is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my home, offering the best recommendations for any issues. He is attentive and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. Edgar was always punctual, and I never had any issues with him. I am truly sad to see him transfer to another area of Houston because he has been so helpful to me and my family. I’m even considering moving to his new area just to keep him as my technician! Lol he will be miss and I hope he knows he was very much appreciated.

We have had termite service through Terminix for years now. When we initially signed up with them, we were told that if we got termite damage while receiving treatment with them, they would pay to repair the damages. They never did a full perimeter treatment. They only did a spot treatment and guess what. Now we have termite damage in two different places in our house. They came out and did spot treatments and I was told a manager would call me about the existing damage. The manager would not call me back until I called and complained twice that he was not calling me like he was supposed to. Then he called me after 6 PM and was very rude but said he could come look at the damage in couple of days between 10 AM and 11 AM. Guess what. He NEVER showed up! We called and complained again and were told that his manager would be reaching out to us within 24 hours. Guess what. That manager has not contacted us either. I am completely sick about that amount of money we have wasted on their service all because of the understanding that they had the best warranty including repair of damage. I am fed up and we are cutting our losses and switching to Orkin!!

Carlos Vargas has been our technician for over 5 years now. He always reaches out to me days before as well as on the same day of treatment to keep me updated on his visits and findings after treatment. He is always professional and has the customer at heart. He is definitely an assess to Terminix. Keep up the strong work! C. Pullins
