Got vietnamese coffee, it tasted so burnt and bitter(I can handle dark coffee and have been to south east asia) and nothing like a real viet coffee. I went in and was treated like a chore and not even having much dialouge, they atleast swapped the drink, I got a matcha cream strawberry latte, the drink tastes artificial and the strawberries taste like plastic. We waited 15minutes for my girlfriends remake, the whole time we waited it was just sitting on a counter...waste of time. I asked the plus size blonde lady if this is ours, she just looked at me for not even a second and kinda did a nod thing that was fast and weird and then she ignored me. Horrible passive aggressive customer service, will not be coming back and not having my friends or family support that kind of bs
The bad: Kayla’s customer service could use some work. She didn’t greet us coming in, we waited at the counter for about 5+ minutes (she looked at us multiple times),and she was rude when we asked a question. They weren’t even busy. 2 other people were behind the counter. July 28 2025 at 530pm The meh: only offer non-fat or whole milk. Tried the ube coconut latte- I’ve had way better and had a bit worse. So it’s okay enough. The good: a variety of drink options. The place was clean. Drink came out quick
I have now learned to never leave a tip before you are served! Nice person waited on us, then things went downhill. We waited forever for our coffee drinks, then she forgot to give us our food. When I reminded her about that, she went to the drive-up window and started helping those customers instead. When we finally got our scones, they were so dry that they must've been made the day before. We will never ever support this coffee joint again and I will never give another tip until the job is done!
My daughter and I tried the cookies and cream blend and a midnight mocha cold brew. Saw their pastry display case and had to try their dark chocolate croissant and their buttery croissant. Definitely will be coming back again to try their other menu items!
My drink is suppose to look like the pic on the website yet my drink look different. I am praying my drink taste good yet the staff were a bit aggressive putting things on the counter
