Unfortunately, when I express not being happy about the long wait in line only to be told they were out of my favorite holiday drink the employee felt it was ok to get snippy back. Showing no understanding why I would be frustrated. I asked to speak with a manager and at first he did not seem any nicer. Toward the end of our conversation he seemed a bit nicer. I order a back up drink since my favorite wasn't available. When I went to pay the manager said he would cover it. I proceeded to hand him my card as I really didn't need it free.
He insisted and having spend many years on management I thanked him because I felt he was at least trying for good service. Well not the case I left and took a drink.....horrible. Not at all what I asked for. I guess shame on me for trusting the store and not having a drink while there
Needless to say......after many years going to this store I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone
We all work hard for what we have and there is no reason to be rude to customers when you are the one who ran out of product and can't even put up signs reflecting that

“Drive through only” on a Saturday?! Come on, get your head out of your booty. It’s bad enough that it took forever to get here with Spring Training traffic, but now you want me to set in a drive through line for 20 minutes?!

Went in to get the buy one share one, the girl said she couldn’t scan the code because their “app” was down. It was the only reason I bothered driving out of my way to go there. They should of figured out a way to accommodate instead she was rude and said she couldn’t do it.

Enjoyed the coffee and pastry and environment but we would have love to sit on the patio but the tables needed to be maintained, they were nasty. Takes a couple minutes for a associate to clean some tables off soo people can use them

This place has gone downhill from what it used to be. That last 4 or so times I have come here it has taken a full 30 to 40 minutes to get my drink in the drive-thru. This last time it was 10 minutes before they took my order when I was at the speaker. I waited another 10 minutes before the people in front of me got their order. Then another 15 minutes before I got my drink….1 drink….. a cream cold brew. It wasn’t even the right flavor, but I couldn’t wait any longer.
