The woman who took my order was great. The five or six baristas behind her that failed to complete my order were significantly less so. Once I realized I had been forgotten I went up to the counter to rectify the situation, and the girl closest to the counter was pretending to look very busy sweeping absolutely nothing off the floor to avoid taking up the register. They eventually got my order out to me...incorrectly.

Don’t get me wrong, the coffee is great here. I just don’t understand why it took them 9 minutes in the drive thru to make a small coffee. Didn’t see any other customers there either. Would’ve left if it wasn’t a mobile order or if I knew how to cancel. Really have to plan ahead to get a coffee here and not be late to work.

My online order was supposed to be ready at 2:37. I arrived at 2:35. It is now 3:16 and I just got my iced coffee which is now warm. People came into the coffee shop and ordered and got their coffee before mine. I get that it’s a promotion but the drive thru seemed to be moving just fine. As did coming in and ordering. It was like they didn’t care for the online pick up orders. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get my drinks. Service was horrible. No apologies or explanations were given as to why I had to wait that long.

This place has gone downhill from what it used to be. That last 4 or so times I have come here it has taken a full 30 to 40 minutes to get my drink in the drive-thru. This last time it was 10 minutes before they took my order when I was at the speaker. I waited another 10 minutes before the people in front of me got their order. Then another 15 minutes before I got my drink….1 drink….. a cream cold brew. It wasn’t even the right flavor, but I couldn’t wait any longer.

As a barista who takes pride in her craft and her customer service, I have something to say. The workers here are great (shoutout Jazzy for taking our order) and the food and drinks are off the charts but the MANAGER (or what I assume is the manager) is one of the worst I have seen. Taller man with glasses and a terrible attitude, condescending towards workers and yelling at them and creating a tense hostile environment in the cafe making me and other guests uncomfortable. That is not how you manage a team. Get better. Your team is not the problem, you are, and don't think your awful management skills (AND people skills. He was rude to other customers as well) go unnoticed.
