I stopped in for a Mocha Ice Blended this morning. One staff member was super fast and nice, the other was a bit of a drag and looked moody. But, it's the morning, so you can't blame them. I'll just say this, ever since Coffee Bean moved changed the manager, who's name started with an "E" and ended with an "S" it is not the same anymore. I never had issues with drinks, never worried about change in staff, or worried about the store being closed on a regular business day. Today's experience was good though. Thank you CB&TL staff!
I was really disappointed with my experience today. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, only to receive a tea that appeared to be made incorrectly. It had no ice, was only partially filled, and honestly didn’t look anything like what I ordered. By the time I realized it, there was still a long line behind me, and I didn’t want to hold everyone up by asking the barista to remake it. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but after such a long wait, I expected a little more attention to quality and accuracy. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like I didn’t receive what I paid for. I hope the team can improve order accuracy and consistency moving forward. I will not be back.
Got vietnamese coffee, it tasted so burnt and bitter(I can handle dark coffee and have been to south east asia) and nothing like a real viet coffee. I went in and was treated like a chore and not even having much dialouge, they atleast swapped the drink, I got a matcha cream strawberry latte, the drink tastes artificial and the strawberries taste like plastic. We waited 15minutes for my girlfriends remake, the whole time we waited it was just sitting on a counter...waste of time. I asked the plus size blonde lady if this is ours, she just looked at me for not even a second and kinda did a nod thing that was fast and weird and then she ignored me. Horrible passive aggressive customer service, will not be coming back and not having my friends or family support that kind of bs
The bad: Kayla’s customer service could use some work. She didn’t greet us coming in, we waited at the counter for about 5+ minutes (she looked at us multiple times),and she was rude when we asked a question. They weren’t even busy. 2 other people were behind the counter. July 28 2025 at 530pm The meh: only offer non-fat or whole milk. Tried the ube coconut latte- I’ve had way better and had a bit worse. So it’s okay enough. The good: a variety of drink options. The place was clean. Drink came out quick
I loved the cappuccino! Great calm atmosphere for being in a congested area. What a breath of fresh air. Will return on our next visit to the valley.
