Union has the best espresso tonic in the area! From all the shops that I've gone to in Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Flagstaff, Tolleson, Buckeye, and Tempe they have the best espresso tonic. Espresso tonics are very specific in their flavor pallette so it is not a drink for everyone but it's one of my favorites. Tonics can easily go flat when stored incorrectly so I'm happy this place doesn't let that happen. Union has fun seasonal menus and special drinks on holidays. They roast their own beans and also have some great pour overs and drip coffee. Their baristas are kind and even remember their customers. Love coming to this shop!

I’m from Washington state and we have a coffee shop on every corner. This place is better than any place I’ve tried back home! The shots were pulled to perfection and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a great drink. Thank you!

Great local coffee roaster! They have a large comfortable space but no couches like other shops, good atmosphere because the music is not too loud, and generally good pastries from other small vendors. Pricing is fair and comparable to other Maricopa county shops. Their drip coffee is good, they also have pour overs and a seasonal menu. Their Brazil beans are great but sometimes they are roasted too dark. Their light is more like a medium roast and their medium is more like a medium-dark. It's a great shop overall and I highly recommend their espresso tonics.

Such a lovely coffee shop all around. It’s so hard to find good coffee in this state, but no need to look further, just come here. They roast their own coffee, have lots of options, and the staff are always friendly. My pour over was top notch!
