My senior citizen parents have trusted Victors for years to complete their landscaping and for the last year+ their service has consistently gone down hill. Each time this is brought to their attention, their response is “we will make it up next time”. For over $200+ a month service, one should expect a higher quality and care, not excuses. My parents reached out numerous times and their solution was to void their working relationship. I watched the tole this took on my parents for months. I’m writing this for them and posting photos taken *the day of* their over $200 service to trim and clean up their yard last month. Do better Victors.

Mediocre service at best. We had many mature palms and plants at our locations that were thriving for the past few years. When Victor's took over, they turned the water down so the plants would barely grow so they didn't have to trim them as much. They turned the water down so low we lost many trees and palms. They refused to replace them at their cost even though it was a direct result of underwatering and their crews adjust our sprinkler timers.
Further, they often would cancel service for various reasons and reschedule for 1-2 weeks later. Then they would reset their bi-weekly schedule. So we are paying for 26 services per year, but when they push their services, we actually only end up getting 22-24 services per year. We never recieved a refund for the canceled services.

I think its no surprise that all recent 5 star reviews are simply edited reviews from. The past. The trend is consistent and the value of this company has gone down. I have used them for two years now and I am finished. They did a paver project for me which the work was ok. But the crew literally threw their monster cans and water bottles littered all.over my garden beds. Not the trash cans I had back there. But in my cactus garden beds. After the rains I had weeds pop back up and they won't honor their guarantee because I have have Bermuda spots. Not a lawn. Just two spots. But I they still down back their 6 month guarantee to treat the weeds that are also there. The office has decided to simply stop responding to my emails or give me an answer over the phone. They do not schedule in advance. I only get an email the day of regarding their crew is on the way. Frankly everyone we live in AZ and their are so many reputable 5 star company's with great professionalism. Dont choose this one for your weeds or landscaping projects. Give a better one a chance. Its sad because when I started with them I reference them to 3 of my brothers for for work. But we are all going elsewhere. Look at previous reviews. I am not a troll. I simply appreciate a company that backs the integrity of their word and communicates effectively. Im sorry we are here.
I have edited this review. Upon the inspection with the owner he told me the waves we saw in the pavers were inaccurate and convinced me it was a job of professional caliber. It is November and the job was done only in this past August. I have attached pictures from this last rain today proving how I am not crazy and there is a huge dip.
Please help yourself. Get someone else to do your pavers. Or, unlike me, dont let them gas light you if you see a problem with their work.

I recently had my backyard landscaping done with Victors. My requirement was a low cost but yet a neat one to cover the dirt as this was a new build. Ana the project manager was great to work with. She helped schedule the whole work the way I wanted and completed the work at earliest possible time frame within the original estimated cost.

Everyone I spoke with in the office was fantastic. However the work that the crew did was haphazard, rushed and incomplete, despite my instruction to take as much time as needed. Additionally, the crew left without saying anything. So I didn't even have an opportunity to ask them to fix it. Pretty disappointing.
Your staff did offer to have the crew return, which I appreciate. However that was a week and a half after I hosted an event in my home, for which I wanted my yard cleaned up to begin with.
